At Inkopious, we want you to love your apparel as much as you love your pets, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your order isn't a perfect fit or features the wrong breed, our team is here to help make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and handled correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the garment is in its original, unwashed condition with tags attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Process

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
